We are now asking for a 50% deposit on services that exceed $100.

Why Deposits?
Deposits secure your appointment time and date. Deposits also help us run our business more efficiently decreasing the risk of no-show appointments or last minute cancellations. 

What do you use my deposit for? 
We use your deposit to purchase supplies for your appointment and to offset the costs for our stylist should you be unable to attend. 

Will your deposit be deducted from your service?
Absolutely. Once your service is completed, your deposit will be taken off your service total at checkout. 

Can my deposit carry over?
Only if you have called 204-663-7555 or emailed hairologywpg@gmail.com within 48hrs to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However if we are notified less then 48hrs of your appointment time you will not get a refund.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only eligible if the appointment has been cancelled within reason prior to our 48hr policy.

What to do after booking your appointment?
You will call 204-663-7555 or e-transfer to jvilayvanh@live.com your 50% deposit. If we haven’t heard from you and we have tried contacting you within 7 days of booking your appointment, your appointment will unfortunately be canceled. 

Unfortunately, we require the deposit for each booking. If you are pre-booking a set of appointments, we require your deposit for each appointment at the beginning of the month in which the appointment is booked.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received please notify the salon within 48 hours of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we ask that you return to the salon so that your hair can be seen in person. Every effort will be made to make adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within seven days of the initial service.
